New System restarting

Hey guys. I would like to ask some questions.
I assembled a new pc with the following configuration
CPU - Intel Core i7 4770k
MB - Gigabyte G1. Sniper B5
Ram - 2x4gb Kingmax 1600mhz
Video - Asus R9 280x 3gb
SSD - Kingston 120gb SSDNow
Hdd - WD5000AAKX Blue
PSU - Spire SilentEagle 650w
Case - COOLER MASTER 335U ELITE

The problem is that the pc is restarting when someone plays a game, for example League of Legends, or World of Warcraft. These games, doesn`t require so much resources.

So i wonder if someone could help me with this.
I would like some opinions.

It'll be a game or game provider problem from similar thread s I've seen. Check out their forums.

I'd also be wary of that Power Supply. Can you post figures from HWInfo on min and max readings for 12v, 5v and 3,3v rails?

Should i check the HWinfo with a software, or it`s enough the Bios info?

You have to get your pc running properly before running hwinfo

I want to make it work properly, i think i will replace the PSU with a 750w. Are Spire PSU`s a reliable power sources?
