These are the spec for the new system i am building, question 1... is there any issues people can see with the compatability of the hardware (i know the mb will need to be clocked to get the full use from the ram)

2. Is it worth paying the extra 25 quid to get 4670k?

3. what sorta of cooler should i invest in?

Any other things people would like to add would be helpful

in terms of gaming
1) you could save more money (or quid) by switching to an h87 series board and even more by switching out the 2400 MHz for 1600MHz ram as there is not much benefit there for higher clocked ram.
2) its not only the higher price for the k-series, you would also have to invest in an aftermarket cooler so the real difference is £45-70.
3) for a locked cpu, its generally recommended, but not needed. some of the popular ones are the cooler master hyper 212 evo and the noctua NH-D14

If you don't intended to crossfire, you don't need a 750W PSU.Get a 500W from corsair, antec, seasonic or xfx. Not sure about the availability of GPUs where you live, but you could invest in a better GPU as you see fit.
