Thanks a lot guys. Like I sais my budget is versatile cause I don't really like spending 2k on something thats worth 1.5k tommorow but if I have to I have to.

Less expensive is better tho :p

For 2 monitors, I'd suggest at least a CF/SLI setup to run smoothly, but you can try it out with just one card at first.

You're pretty much set. The 7970 after a slight overclock will be able to push, or should be, able to run those games on a dual 1080P setup easily. The 7970 is better than the GTX 680 clock for clock so it'd be smarter to go with the 7970 anyways.
