New System vs Upgrades?

Hello Everyone,

I have recently been looking into upgrading my current rig and was just wondering if there is any benefits to just starting fresh or if it is okay to just keep upgrading? One of my 4gb ram sticks currently went bad which is why I am getting new ram (GSkill 16gb) but I have always wanted to pick up an SSD and have been thinking more and more of getting a new CPU.

My current setup is:

-Windows 7 Premium 64 bit
-Crosshair IV Formula Asus Motherboard
-AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Processor 3.21 GHz
-Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DD3 Ram
-Two AMD Radeon HD 6950s
-Coolit Systems Eco CPU Water Cooling System
-XFX 850W Black Edition Single Rail Semi Modular ATX 12V 70A 24PIN ATX PSU 80Plus Silver
-Western Digital Caviar Green 500GB HDD

So is it okay to just keep upgrading here and there or is it highly beneficial to just sell and start fresh. Thanks everyone!

That's a pretty sweet set up already? What are you limited on? In terms of, Does it even lag while playing games? Do you want a higher fps count? Is the system getting too hot? If you did wanna start fresh how much would you spend vs upgrading parts?
