I ordered the parts to put together a new system but I can't get it to post. The motherboard led light comes on, the system powers up, all fans are running, but there is no video display and no beep codes from the motherboard. I first tried using the video from the motherboard (hadn't installed the Radeon 5770 at that point) and there was no video. I installed the video card and tried that, but had the same problem. I have removed the video card, the hard drive, the solid state drive, one of the RAM chips and moved the other RAM chip to a different slot.

It just feels like everything is working except the video is not outputting. This is something like the 10th system I have built for myself over the last 20 years, so I am not new to this, although my last build was about 3 years back. Any advice on how to narrow the problem down?
