New system with random reboots

Hey folks...

I built a brand new system with the following components:


CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Rosewill Hive 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

Unfortunately my system is rebooting when its asked to do heavy graphic work... the last error i got had this notification:
