New system won’t turn on

Hey

So I bought a Asus rog strix x470 f and paired it with a Ryzen 7 2700x cpu. Built it all and plugged everything in but it won’t start. The rgb on the top left of the mobo turn on and a red light at the bottom turn on. I’m pretty sure the front panel connectors are right we ive tried them in many different places but I don’t know. Nothing else lol my rgb fans are not powered on but this is normal as it never turned on unless I turned on the pc physically. My new rgb ram also isn’t turned on so I don’t know if it’s always like that or what but thought you guys should know.

Please let me know what you think is wrong as I really want to play games

Breadboarding - removing the motherboard from the case and everything from it but 1 stick of ram, the CPU, GPU, and your PSU, and connecting to to see if it boots will be where you end up most likely.

Okay so i got it to boot with everything still in but only one ram in the last ram slot. What does this mean & how do i get the other ram to work ?

Install the ram into slots B2 and A2, make sure its fully inserted and clicked in. If that doesn't work, then remove the ram in slot A2 and see if it boots.
