New system won't boot

I'm building a new system under the guidance of your fine resource but I've come to a screeching halt. After I got everything installed into the case I fired it up to check the bios but I can't get a signal through to the monitor. This is the page where I list the components that you suggested.

I've hooked both HDMI and VGA directly from the mobo and even pulled the video card but nothing seems to help. I pulled the ram and tried it individually but still nothing. Any tips?

Solution
Your motherboard (ASRock X370 Pro4) does not support Ryzen 5 2600X without a BIOS update.
You will have to get a supported CPU, upgrade the BIOS then install back the Ryzen 5 2600X.
AMD could loan you a supported CPU, so you can update the BIOS.
Here is the link -> Loan boot kit
On the AMD warranty page, fill in your full contact and product details (2nd Gen Ryzen Processor OPN number and serial number) and in the Problem Description field enter Boot kit Required

Solution
Have the same problem but Samsung TV source says there is a signal but no display
Sys specs :
Amd A8-9600 :cpu
Gtx 1060 6gb :gpu
Asrock Ab350 gaming k4: mobo
Crucial ballistix 8gb ddr4 : ram
Fsp hammer 500w😛su

Nope, you don't have the same issue, since your motherboard supports the A8 9600 out of the box.
Maybe your RAM module is not supported.
Maybe you are not connecting something properly
You should open a new threat about your issue.
