I built my last computer a little over seven years ago. The advice from this forum allowed me to build a system that still out preforms some of my friends, but it is time to build a new one. What are the thoughts on this system?

Case Fractal Design Meshify C
Motherboard Gigabyte Z390 Designare
GPU Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB
CPU i7-9700K
RAM Patriot Viper Steel 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 4400
SSD Adata XPG SX8200 Pro
HD Seagate BarraCuda ST2000DM008 2TB 7200 RPM 256MB
Cooling CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML360R RGB
PSU Seasonic Prime Titanium 650W

It looks incredible. I don't think very many, if any, programs you have will use the full 4400MHz of your RAM, though. I would reduce the M.2 drive capacity to 512gb and use that as your primary boot drive and HDD for big applications. With the extra money you save, assuming that you are looking at a high quality 2070 S card, I suggest you upgrade to some 2080 or 2080 super, like this one.

As I am finding availability issues with some of the graphics cards I have looked at. Does the manufacture matter? Are all 2070 super or 2080 super cards about the same or are there Manufactures to seek and others to avoid?
