Hi guys.
I bought a new T.V yesterday and I can't get a signal from my laptop via any of the HDMI ports on the T.V.
When I plug the cable into the laptop, it goes black for a second as it's meant to but my T.V has a blue screen and just says no signal.
This happened on my old T.V so i rolled back the drivers on my laptop. and that seemed to work for my old T.V but not for the new one,
I have pressed all the display functions, such as, duplicate screen, extend etc.
My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1HN and the new T.V is a Blaupunkt 49-1480 Full HD 49 Inch LED TV.
The frequency of the T.V is 50Hz so I have gone into Intel Graphics Options and set the digital display to that and still no luck. I can't change any settings on my T.V only the aspect ratio and non of those work either.
I'm wondering if the T.V is too new for such an old laptop? Any help would be much appreciated, it's also nothing to do with the cable, it's been tested.
Thanks in advance
I forgot to mention, in the Screen Resolution window, the laptop is describing my T.V as UMC Sharp, so it knows its plugged in and it has detected it, just no picture at all, I just tried plugging in my PC which has a nvidia 610 Ti with everything up to date an still no image.
