Discussion New Thermaltake PSU

I am on my first build and just purchased a Thermaltake 600W ATX12V 80 PLUS GOLD Certified
Non-Modular Power Supply. When I opened the box the PSU was not in a box nor did it have any paperwork. This doesn't seem right to me. I am not sure if this is an item that had been returned by a previous buyer or if it had been refurbished. I would appreciate if someone could let me know before I contact the seller.

If it was sold new, then it should have been properly boxed. Where did you buy it from?
