My new asus rampage IV seemed to be working fine. Now it won't boot. No startup even. Lites seem to be correct. HDD power lite shows but no typical flicker. Disconeccted all unnecessary hardware but still no go. Any suggestions?

bad ram?
Try running a single stick of ram with a bare minimum of hardware and boot to a live CD.

do you have a case speaker to listen for the POST beep?
