New to building pcs

im new to this whole procces and i was wondering if some could tell me if these parts are combatible and what else i need to purchase to have a fully functional new pc

A b250h board is interesting but it should be ok. For the memory, try to see if you can get 2x8 gb ram instead of 1x16 for a small performance boost. 1tb is good, you can always add an SSD. For the psu, try to up it to 550w. Otherwise, wait if you can for some time because of the insane gpu prices, but not bad.
