New to cable management...

I'm new to cable management but I noticed that the pc I bought from an individual could use some TLC in that department; a lot of the cables are too short to be hidden.
I would like to buy sleeved cable extensions (red) but have no idea which ones to buy and what they are called.
Here is my rig;
Coolermaster HAF-X full tower computer case
ROG Crosshair V formula motherboard
AMD FX8150 Cpu
GSKILL Ripjaws X (32 gig) RAM
EVGA GTX550ti videocard (1 gig)
Coolermaster V8 Cpu cooler
OCZ-VERTEX 3 Solid State Drive 120 gig
Seagate 1 Tb hard drive
Western Digital 1.5 Tb hard drive
Blu-ray burner
Dvd burner
Pc Power and cooling Silencer 760W power supply
Can someone tell me what cable extensions to get and where to get them either as a kit or as individual cable extensions?

I think bitfenix has some worth looking at, but last I knew they were pretty expensive.

Checking now it seems they are about 10 bucks per extension. Which adds up fast.

Maybe start off and get a custom set for your PSU unless you want to braid/sleeve them yourself?

thank you both for your suggestions, these give me a starting point, however I'm still in the dark as to what cable extensions to order; 8 pin, 6 pin, molex, etc...I don't know which is which, so I would appreciate if one of you could tell me which ones and how many to order. my SATA cables are fine since they're red and long enough to reach anywhere I put my drives.
p.s. I can get another EVGA GTX 550 ti 1 gig videocard for around $60, would that be a good buy and upgrade?
