New to computers..does everything work right together?

ok so im purchasing a new computer with a 2k-2600 dollar price range its for gaming and for programs like maya and other 3d design programs. heres the items iv put together just let me know if everything will work together.

motherboard- ASrock z77 extreme 4

CPU- i7 2600k, 20% over clock
GPU- AMD 7970

cooling- Asetek 550LC liquid cooling cpu system with ARC dual high performance fans (push-pull)

memory- 8gb ddr3-1600 corsair

HHD- 2tb 64m cache 7200rpm 6.0 gb/s

power- corsair 850w

case- corsair graphite 600t white special editon

i know ivy bridge is coming out soon...and itll be about 3 weeks before i make the purchase so i may switch the cpu to the i7 3770 depening on cost. let me know what you think and what i need to change.

This sounds like a prebuilt setup, Cyberpower or IBuypower. Don't get a factory-OCed processor. You can do it yourself very, very easily.
Get a 750W PSU. That's plenty for two 7970s.

it is pre built dont know enough do it myself..and ibuypower..ok yeah the site says i need 850 so thats whyi went with that..and ill get rid of the over clocking thanks.
