New to custom watercooling, need some help!

First thing I was wondering is if fittings such as these can be attached directly to the gpu :

those should be correct, - surprisingly, i checked MSI's site and they show everything but the port size, but G 1/4" is pretty common
you might email MSI support or the seller to confirm

Do you think 120mm radiator would be suffice for this card without overclocking?

yes, but personally i'd suggest a 240MM rad if your budget can handle it, only because your needs will grow and it'll give you capactity to add another component like the CPU. And i'd go with a quality unit like EKWB, if for no other reason, radiators are copper and pumps are quality. The AIOs are built to a price point, rads are aluminum and pumps aren't that great
