new to NVMe M.2 SSDs

I know Nvme m.2 ssds take up pcie lanes.. My motherboard is a z370 Asrock Gaming K6. I got 2 pcies 1x Devices a sound card and a network card.. I am using a 16x video card (Top pcie 16x slot) I was wondering if i get a Nvme ssd and stick it in the m.2 slot by the 1x witch has the sound card will i get any problems..?
