New to OCing: E5200 help

I am building my first box and since I wanted maximum bang for buck and was on a very tight budget, I got the Intel Pentium E5200 Wolfdale 2.5GHz 2MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor. Supposedly this is very easy and safe to OC, so i wanted to try and get the performance potential out of this CPU rather than spend another $100. Could someone point me in the direction of a thread or guide on how to do this? The MOBO I ordered is the GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3L LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128372 ).

Is this processor still considered the best "bang for the buck" for overclocking performance for a "Core 2 Duo" gaming machine? I know it was a few months ago.

Not much has changed since, i say its still up there. In the UK e7300 costs twice as much, e8400 almost 3x as much as the e5200, so to me its still a no-brainer, especially on a tight budget.
