My Intel Core i7 7700K is at 4,7ghz and did a stress test and the temperature is below 80 is this normal for gaming because the max temp it gose to is 77! so the cpu stress test is 70-77 so is this good for gaming because my temps are just fine on idle Also 4.5ghz is like the same temp while doing stress test to!

That is running hot, but not in throttling territory, so you should be fine at 4.7Ghz. Total lifetime of your CPU may decrease, so if you plan to keep it for a long time, you may want to dial back on voltage & clocks a bit, but you should be fine if it is stable. What exactly are your idle temps and what cooler are you using?

Idle temps are good between 30-45 and gaming 60-77 not getting any shutters or lag very smooth but changed the OC to 4.5ghz now so temps might lower abit and cooler is be quiet! Dark Rock TF, Top Flow Dual Tower CPU Cooler, 6 Heatpipes, 2x 135mm PWM Fans, 220W TDP, for Intel/AMD CPUs I just worry abit about my computer!

Wow, nice! If you aren't having any issues with games, then yeah, I'd say that's pretty normal for gaming.
