New to Overclocking

So I see that a lot of PC Builders love to overclock, I was wondering if I could overclock my build and if I could how much of an overclock can I get, I'm also running pure case fans. I don't have any water cooling but I might do in the future, I just wanted to know if in my current state I can overlock my PC without making it a burning inferno

If your using the stock cooler you will trun it into a burning inferno (not literally but it will get quite hot) i recommend you get a cooler first you dont need water cooling a cooler master hyper 212 evo will get you a decent overclock for around 30 dollars. Heres a good video on how to do it. And a link to a cooler. Get a cooler first!!!

But that's for the pure CPU, what about the Graphics card?

Well yah of course you can overclcok you gpu just download msi afterburner its very easy to use. Here is a video on it.
