New to overclocking

finally got this computer up and running and this is my first time overclocking, wondering if this is ok? it runs kinda quirky, not too sure if it's stable but check out this pic if you could and tell me how it looks.. what I can do to make it more stable if I want to go higher etc.. this is on air, haven't messed with any voltage or anything.
