I am thinking about building my own desktop PC but I'm not sure about the motherboard and cooling system.

I am curious about water cooling systems and overlcloaking but not sure if it's necessary.
This is my build so far, http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Sverkeriat/saved/BTFYcf and my max budget are 1900 $

I am looking for a desktop PC that works well, can handle high end gaming.
I don't need any prepherials, but I am open to suggestions about other things that just motherboards and cooling systems.
At the moment I mostly play Counter Strike Global Offensive, but would like the opportunity to play other things that might require more power in the future. I will probably not do much else but playing games on this computer that takes any more power.
Any help and tips are very much appreciated.

Thank you!

Your PC is a beast. If you want to go higher you might get a GTX 980 for the extra money. As far as watercooling goes, unless you want to run quiet all want better temps there is really no reason to get one.

What I would suggest in order to enjoy your games to the max is to get a 5.1 sound system and a creative soundblaster Z sound card. I have that card and I know the quality of sound it gives. All that IF you can afford them of course.

Thanks for the tips!
As I mentioned I'm new to PC building, but I keep asking myself why people are stubborn about getting an i5 instead of an i7. Is it better? Do I not need an i7?
And i would like a soundcard that supports 7.1 since i have a 7.1 headset, any suggestions?

Unless you are a heavy video editor or render 3D models no, you won't ever need it for gaming. If you want to get it it is your choice but you don't need it for gaming. Also the water cooler I put on there will allow you to overclock your i5 very well with nice temperatures giving you i7 like performance.

The headset will have built in 7.1 and not a real one. It probably connects with a USB that has nothin to do with the sound card your pc has. So no need to worry about getting a 7.1 card if you do not have a 7.1 physical sound system. The Sound Blaster Z will give you such a sound boost in your physical speakers (especialy if they are of quality) that you won't believe it.
