Solution
very good high end build :)
it is a revision of your build, with better price/performance parts selection
new version Corsair H105
better mobo for OC, 16 phase VRM instead of MSI's 12 phase. Toms gave OC award for UD4H
better ram 1866 CL9, instead of CL10
hdd XT is obsolete
go for 240GB ssd + regular 2TB hdd
case? up to you
XFX 850W gold for future SLI. xfx is seasonic oem
the highest clock GTX 780 Ti
you get the same brand for mobo + GPU :)

Solution
Very powerful rig you got there. But I do think maybe you should bump up your PSU to 800w or more. The reason I say that is because your GPU may require a lot of power. Mines is only half as good as that which im using a 650ti boost and I'm using a 750w psu

just a few suggestions:

if your only building with gaming in mond the 4770k and 16gb is a waste
your better off getting a ssd and a better 780ti
i changed your hdd to a wd black it is better than any barracuda
i changed your psu to a xfx more reliable gold rated and fully modular

also do you need a operating system as well?
