This is just the second pc I'm building, so I'm new here. Here are the parts I've chosen-
AMD ryzen 5 1600x
Antec c400 cooler
MSI B350 tomahawk ATX motherboard
ADATA 120GB SSD
WD BLUE 1TB 7200RPM HDD
any atx cabinet
ANY BRAND GTX 1060 6GB(is mini good enough?)
Please help me out.
Is this build good for running all Games at 1080p at hugh/ultra at 60fps?

Buy the 1600 as it is only lower clocked and you can overclock it, I'd drop the cooler on this build considering the budget and go with the stock one from AMD that is included with the 1600. Make sure to get some 2x8GB 3200mhz RAM, Ryzen loves fast RAM.

It will help software to load somewhat faster, and windows will BOOT faster, but that's it, no performance issues or impacts in regular use.

On a build like this a SSD for the OS is a bare minimum, I'd rather take a hit and get a 1070 with a NVMe drive.

That seems like a good build, and I will take your advice and get a ryzen 1600 with wraith spire instead, save a few bucks, and get better ram. And also, since I live in India, everything is super expensive. The only gtx 1060 that fits the budget here is the mini Itx version from gigabyte. Does it have any major disadvantages?

And talking about ram, I'm getting a sweet deal on ballistix elite 8GBx2 Ddr4 3000MHz ram. 3200 ram is almost double the price here. Is it really worth it P?

That case needs more fans added or your going to have big problems.
1 X 120mm front fan only??.....

Not sure I'm in the UK and the pricing hasn't been that affected by mining, at least not the nVidia side of things.
