Looks good, yup need an OS and mouse. I was leaning on a Logitech G502, or a Deathadder 2013. Was going to get Windows 7 but I have heard from some people that Windows 8.1 was better for gaming I'm not sure though.
 
Well, windows 10 is out and it's a free upgrade from either for the next 12 months or so, so I don't think it matters. 8.1 is more efficient.

Note that the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO I suggested will not fit in the Thermaltake Versa H22 case.
