New to PC building need to know if this build is okay?

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
GPU: MSI GTX 970 4GB
Case: Thermaltake Versa h22
PSU: EVGA 430W 80+ Certified
Anything else I should add or change please let me know.
Planning to mainly play CS:GO, BF4, FNV, and Skyrim at at least ultra to high settings @ 60 fps.
Last question, what kind of CPU cooler should I get?

I would also want a more powerful and higher performance PSU.

Something like the ubiquitous Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO would be fine.

Looks good, yup need an OS and mouse. I was leaning on a Logitech G502, or a Deathadder 2013. Was going to get Windows 7 but I have heard from some people that Windows 8.1 was better for gaming I'm not sure though.

Well, windows 10 is out and it's a free upgrade from either for the next 12 months or so, so I don't think it matters. 8.1 is more efficient.

Note that the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO I suggested will not fit in the Thermaltake Versa H22 case.
