Question New to PC Builds, Advice appreciated!!!!

Quite simple..................Im new to this, would this work and am I missing anything!!!
5 months till the start of uni ,and with not a whole lot to do already its between building something cheap, like listed below all coming to a total of £210, or buying something more expensive and then just selling before uni if people think that might be the better option.

CPU: i5-3470 @ 3.2GHz
MB: ASRock B75M
RAM: 8GB DDR3 ( RAM IS RAM)
PSU: 500W
GPU: RX 470
Storage: Sandisk 256GB X400 SSD M.2

For that money you wouldn't be able to buy anything new that's better.
Btw, whats (uni) ?
