Wished you had asked before ordering it.

1. It's not hard to build your own, easier in fact than maintaining and operating a modern PC. Any questions can easily be answered on forums, and there are easy to follow videos on how to assemble a PC and install OS and drivers.

2. That list does not reveal some key details, like brand and model of m.2 drive

3. AMD is currently working on severval updates to make the Ryzen 7 CPUs more compatible with high speed RAM, so your purchase in that regard is premature. The Ryzen chips have proven to perform MUCH better with 3200 RAM, which they currently work with if it's B-die type. The updates they're working on may very well make them work on even faster RAM though.

That said, from what little...

That said, from what little I've seen of Xidax, they do pretty good packing when shipping assembled PCs. My guess is you pay a premium for it though.

That said, I did not care at all for their website. I tried configuring the build you have listed, but didn't see any option to select an AMD CPU or MB, even though there's a popup ad showing both Intel and Ryzen CPUs on it.

I know it's expensive to create and maintain such websites, but you'd think by now they'd at least have an option to input Ryzen CPUs. This makes me wonder if they're struggling to compete in the semi upper tier build house market.

Solution
Take it from someone who has been using a GTX 980 Ti for over a year now... these GPUs are really overkill and before another 1.5 years are out there will be a GTX 1180 Ti that'll make yours obsolete and you'll feel sad like I am.

Otherwise your build looks sweet!

Makes little sense really. You base it all on your 980 Ti being overkill, then end by saying it will soon be obsolete. He's probably getting the best GPU setup he can afford. And that's not even mentioning the fact that it all depends on res played at and what games are played.

Your post sounds like little more than your angst at video games evolving, just get used to it, cuz that's the tech world.

Hey guys thanks for the replies I went with xidax because I'm medically retired veteran with fixed income and shit credit lol (thanks younger me) they offer no credit financing. To the power supply worry it is the grey label! Will I have any trouble running modern games? I've seen some bench marks saying the 1080ti can run 4K 60fps+ on some games not sure if that was with the ideal build or over exaggerated.

Actually it runs MOST games at 4k 60fps+, and those it doesn't will run like 70 FPS at 1440p. Plus the only real issues with the 1080 Ti are in some games if using SLI, which is normal for any new GPU model.

The most comprehensive GPU review site IMO is TechPowerUp. They always bench many titles and compare very fairly from one GPU to another.
https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_1080_Ti/

You can now add Ghost Recon Wildlands to the small list of games the 1080 Ti won't play at 4k 60fps+ (more like 40 fps), but that is due to it having very high detail and very far draw distance and LOD. If you lower those two settings it will play like any other game.

The 1080 Ti is not over exaggerated. It's literally on par with a Titan X Pascal for half the price. Also, the more I read about Xidax, the more I'm impressed. They have pretty good pricing for a house that offers high end builds, an A+ BBB rating, and very good customer reviews. For anyone that wants or especially needs to go prebuilt, you could certainly do a lot worse.

Xidax hands down has the best customer service I've ever experienced. It also helps they threw in free stuff lol. I also went with them because they put a lifetime warranty on all the parts in your system as long you don't purposefully break them.
