thanks alot :)

You didn't specify if this build is the more expensive one or not. Either way this build is great except for two things: 1. The graphics card is not great. The GTX 960 is just an okay card. It would be a lot better if you could get an i5 4690k processor instead of the i7 4790k, then you could take the $100 you save and put it towards the graphics card, getting a GTX 970 instead of the GTX 960. 2. The power supply is not a high quality power supply, which is definitely something you want. If you can get one from EVGA, Corsair, XFX, FSP Group, Seasonic, Rosewill, Silverstone, or Antec you'll probably get a better PSU. However, not every PSU from those producers is necessarily high quality. Do some research on the part, but you need a PSU with at least 500w capacity. So those are the only things I would really change for this build. If you want help trying to put a build together yourself, consider using pcpartpicker.com . If your country is one of the ones that they have in their settings options, just use that to put a similar build together.

oh sorry this is the more expensive one setting options

and im from bahrain which is not in the

Okay, well the expensive option will still get you solid gaming performance, and I'm sure the PSU would still get the job done, but if you ever get the opportunity to upgrade your GPU and PSU in the future, that's all you would need to upgrade for a few years, everything else is excellent quality, so I would suggest buying the one you listed. With that build you should be able to run Arma 3 and Dayz no problem, though you may need to turn down some of the graphics settings.

ok so today i went to another shop actually its a smaller shop with two guys and gave me this options less money than above not that much of a different price wise

i5 cpu
gaming 3 board
8gb ram
970 graphic card
650 power supply
haf 912 casing
ssd 120 gb
1 tb hdd/dvd

It depends on which i5 processor they offered you, but if it's an i5 4430, i5 4590, or i5 4690k, then deffinitely buy it. Everything in that adds up to being a great gaming build. If you're gaming at a 1080p resolution, then you should get 60fps with ultra settings on almost every game out there. As long as you are comfortable with the amount of storage, the case, and as long as you don't think you need more than 8gb of ram (you would only need that if you were streaming your games while you played them), then I say buy it, because the Gtx 970 s far better than the gtx 960, and an i5 processor is all you need for gaming, i7 processors don't give you an advantage in games right now.

That's my biggest problem with pre-built options like Alienware. They always overdo it on the CPU and give you an underpowered GPU. The pairing just doesn't make sense.

http:/alienware/
Just look at their Alienware X51 line of computers. The higher end machine in this line is $1,599.99 and comes with an i7 and a GTX 960. Sorry, but $1,599.99 should get you more than a GTX 960. If you go for a more reasonable i5 build for $949.99 you only get a GTX 750Ti.

This is the reason I built my own PC 3 years ago even though I didn't really know how. It wasn't that I wanted to do it myself. It was because $1000 should get you more than a 750Ti and I didn't want to pay around $2000 for the equivalent of the GTX 970 in that time period.

I would be happy to pay a little more to have it built for me and have the nice Alienware design if they would offer more reasonable pairings like an i5 and GTX 970.

im going to ask him next time i see him it should be in a couple of days
and i dont think im going to steam my gaming any time soon

and really thanks man you have been a great help

thats why im going with another one i mean i did my researches last night i found an old post about a guy welling to build pcs got his number ( now he has his own shop btw) and saw him today

That's good. I don't think there is anything wrong with buying a pre-built PC as long as they will let you pick the hardware you want. Sure you are going to pay a bit more for someone else to put it together and make a profit but it may be worth it if you don't want to do it yourself.
