I bought a dell optiplex 7010 MT and was going to throw a gtx 1050ti in It. Would this be a good first gaming computer that can run most games? Also would the stock psu be good enough? If not would this psu and graphics card work?

These are my computers Specs:
I5 3470 3.2 GHz
4 gb ddr3 ram
2tb HDD
Radeon HD 6450

I know it’s a lot of questions, but I am new to pc gaming, so any help or tips would be appreciated.

I don't know what the stock PSU is, but since it's an OEM PC it's fairly likely that you will have a hard time putting a standard ATX PSU in there. Dell and other OEM manufacturers use their own proprietary hardware and it doesn't necessarily have to fit standard form factors.

Apparently Seasonic's S12ii fits the custom snap-ins: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817151074

That PSU should be able to run the 1050ti if you're on a budget.
