Logics:
CPU: Really the best CPU there is for gaming right now imho.
Cooler: That will get you a decent overclock to about 4.2ghz, plus its pretty cheap and good at what it does, but replace the fan with the noctuas.
Mobo: I really like Asus. They're all around awesome, imo. I like the Pro version for the built in wifi, and just the extra small feature here and there, but you could easily go down on that if need be.
Memory: Standard Kinston RAM. Not great, not bad.
Storage: The SSD for a boot drive, and the HDD as a scratch drive/game drive/everything that isnt a program file.
Video Card: I like EVGA, and they seem to be able to put out fairly decent and rugged cards. Though really, there wont be a huge difference between any 970 card, because they're all the same chipset.
Case: My main frill. Just because I like the looks. Although I have to say, the quality on fractals cases, is outstanding.
Power Supply: Seasonic and Corsair are my favorites for this, but I like corsairs look better. I left some head room on the wattage in case you want to add a GPU later.
Optical Drive: Gotta fills those 5.25 bays with something!
OS: Windows 8 (>_>)
Monitor: Just a really good monitor for high FPS games
Hope this helps
