New to site

Hey all,

Just signed up to the site and hoping to learn how to overclock my cpu and graphics card i expect there is probably all ready a discussion about the components in my computer but im still a little lost (getting use to the site layout) if anyone could help me out in this post or even just point me towards the correct discussion to help me out i would be grateful.

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
4.0 GB Corsair DDR2 XMS2 (4 x 1GB)
Geforce 8800GT Alpha Dog Edition 512MB (XFX)
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition, 64-bit

Then google "overclock p5kc" - in your case.

That will get you started. When, not if, you come to something that you do not understand, ask questions.

You have a good start. The Q6600 is one of the easiest chips to overclock.
