Hi, I am trying to find a graphics card nothing special just something that can handle games such as oblivion or assasins creed so i started to look yesterday and there is so many im lost -_- im not trying to go over $100 yes im a cheap one

Memory:4096 MB
4GB DDR3 Mem

You can tell im cheap by the computer i bought -_- is there any help for me?
