new toshiba z20t / connected batteries not charging

Girlfriend bought a new Toshiba Protege Z20t.
I let the tablet instal itself (windows 8.1 pro).

Problem; it seems not to recognise its batteries (1 in tablet and 1 in keyboard).
Had windows reinstal ACPI drivers (deleted them and let windows search for adjusted devices).
ACPI was reinstalled, still no difference (connected to adapter, batteries not charging).

Toshiba healthcheck, batteries are healthy?
Bios update not possible (device says batteries not charged enough).
