New Triple Channel memory

CPU: i7 930
VIDEO: XFX Radeon HD 5870
HD: SSD 128G|CRUCIAL CTFDDAC128MAG-1G1 (+ 1TB HDD)
PSU: Corsair TX750W
OS: Win7 Ult

When I built my computer about a year ago I got this ram: OCZ Fatal1ty
It cost me about $180 at the time.

I've RMA's it twice now and they no longer have it in stock so they are going to refund me.
Question: Been looking on NewEgg at the following kits:
GSKILL CL 7
GSKILL CL 9
Corsair CL 9

Does the CL difference of 2 on the GSKILLs warrant the extra ~$100 or are there better solutions for my system?
Any recommendations are welcome. And thanks in advance.

UPDATE: Just got another email from OCZ. They said they are going to refund me the current market price...$59.99...
1/3 THE ORIGINAL PRICE?!?! In 1 year? Whatever I'm kind of done with OCZ for a while. They recommended This Mushkin Kit as a replacement. I've never used Mushkin tech, any testimonies?
As a side note, while I am in the process I wanted to upgrade to 12GB like the above kits...

It's a little faster, but not worth an extra $100. Gskill CL9 has run fine for me.

I seems that drop from 9 to 7 costs about $100 for all kits.
Is that worth it? Does the longevity of its use justify the price?

No. My problem with high end ram is that some boards won't even run it at the stated timings. Some won't even post if you set the timings in manual mode to match the tested ram speed. But all you can do is try it. It's your money.
