Hello, I've recently bought an ibuypower am900z computer. System worked fantastic while it lasted. After 10 hours of usage it froze. Upon restarting it, it stopped reading the SSD which had windows 10. I wasnt sure what was going on so i restarted it again, hoping it would return to normal. This time is just didn't turn on. The power does not work whatsoever and am now sitting with a dead computer... I didnt open it up or touch any hardware. It is exactly the way it was from when i unboxed it. Warranty claims to only cover systems operating in the U.S. I had it shipped to canada. Please help, im so dissapointed ...
-Windows 10
-GTX 1070
-i7 7700k, 4.3hz quad
-240gb SSD, 1TB Harddrive
-Thank you!

However...
"Warranty claims to only cover systems operating in the U.S. I had it shipped to canada."
You may be screwed.

CPU Cooler: Deepcool GAMMAXX 300 R
GPU: Asus GTX 1070 DUAL
RAM: ADATA XPG Z1 16GB 2400MHz (2x8GB)
Storage: WD Blue 1TB HDD + WD Green 240GB SSD
PSU: Generic
Connectivity: 6x USB 3.0 | 2x USB 2.0. Integrated ethernet + WiFi.
Operating System: Windows 10 Home

These are the specs, along with a generic 350-600W PSU. Im no computer wizz so i have no idea what im supposed to or what i should have done. A lot of people are saying that replacing the psu with a better one should be prioritized... But why sell it like that in the first place? Anyways thats off topic, I just want my pc back 🙁 Chances are tomorrow im going to bring it to Best Buy (Where it was purchased) ... Hopefully the warranty sticks. I dolnt see why it wouldnt !
