Well I made this build. My concerns:

Should I be using a different motherboard? I like MSI and I will admit I had a super bad experience with an ASUS motherboard catching on fire (maybe it was the PSU's fault idk?)

Is my powersupply the most reliable possible? As mentioned above my last power unit ended up possibly catching my computer on fire (or maybe it was the motherboard) and I want a super reliable brand.

Also, what 120mm fans would you reccomend? I need four more. I do play Fortnite and I don't want the anticheat software banning me for a fan controller or something like that.

As far as the 2080ti goes, I am willing to spend more money if it is more reliable. I chose the EVGA one because it looked better then the reviews on the MSI ones and it is semi cheap.

For the editing I'd probably get a higher resolution monitor, you can go 1080P/240 for gaming & 4K/60hz for editing.

And yes you need a better CPU cooler.

If it were me this is what I'd get for that budget. I would setup the AIO on top as exhaust, the 3 side fans as intake and the bottom 3 fans as intake (with filters).

You could also go AMD Ryzen and save a bit of cash.

I would not be trying to use a tiny little heat sink with a single tiny fan on a 9900K..period...; your efforts should be spent deciding on choosing between the best AIO or a NH-D15....not a little low profile micro cooler 1.5" tall, even if from Noctua.

Something like a ryzen 9 3900x or upcoming 3950x would whoop the poor i9 for video editng, but the i9 would yield higher gaming performance.

The much cheaper ryzen 7 3700x would be on par with the 9900k in video eding and fall behing the i9 in gaming.

Your budget should be enough for something like that.

Ok I will use a better cooler lol. At first when I was making the build I had it in some insanely small cube thing from azza that the CPU cooling clearance was low on haha.

Okay so I made this Ryzen build. I am alittle unsure of the fan to use for the CPU (Or just use the stock fan that comes with it?) or to do liquid cooling.

The stock cooler is fine, but if you want the system to be quieter and maybe run a few mhz faster an aftermarket cooler can help.

That CPU will be compatable for most work tasks but fall behind the 9900k for games.

Only marginally fall behind in games. The difference is hardly even felt at 1440p.
