I will be traveling to the USA soon and I want to get a new computer (I can build it myself of course) But i haven't built or been up to date with what is new out there! and Now I'm all confused.

What I need is a Work PC that i'll be using for moderate gaming (since im a playstation guy). But mostly I'd rather get a pretty solid work PC.

I do most of my work in Photoshop and Zbrush, overly large paintings of 10k pixels and stuff. Also do some frame renderings in 3dmax or Maya. But no animation.

The thing is, I want a computer that I can keep upgrading and not get stuck (lets say get 16gb but keep upping towards 64gb or so idk).

My initial budget is around 1400$. All for the CPU + keyboard. I know its not much but I have a goal of buying and improving my computer EVERY month until i get a High end work PC. (idk if thats doable tho).

Thanks in advance!.

By the Way I will be trying to OC. Also I'll gradually be getting custom watercooling (idk yet) or cool fan cooling options and modding my case. So please. Enlighten me! SHOW ME THE PATH MASTERS!

I have this in mind but I think I went a little crazy. Maybe I should go for a 4770k instead a 4820k ? Should I get a more expensive videocard and less ram? Should I get a Fan cooler instead of an H50 ? or invest on an H100 ?

This is the build
