A lot of the stuff here seems overkill, I am guessing you are going to be watching porn @ 4k and will have many tabs open for it, lol. Do you have a budget on this? You really don't need a 1000 watt PSU unless you want to upgrade in the future. You might need a 800 watt at most. If you do some photo editting and no gaming, the 1070 is fine. You might as well go with 64gb ram if you have those tabs open for porn.

GREAT REPLY lol...............I reckon its going to come to around £2500 and if it lasts me 8 year like the last one (bar Graphics card upgrade and SSD and that lives on as will go to my partner as her office comp) its £6 a week so yes over kill but as said I do like a nice computer

Because eight years is a long time from now, do you plan on gaming at all in the future because with that budget you can get a pretty good graphics card. If you want it to last longer or better upgradability, I would go 3rd gen ryzen. With your budget, you can get a 3950x and a very nice x570 motherboard that is future-proofed. It has gen 4 pcie (which does not increase performance yet except for compatibility with gen 4 nvme ssds). You can then get a ssd like this:

Is there any size or looks for a case you would prefer?
Because you care about aesthetics, you custom water cool if you want to try that or just use an AIO
For lighting, you can get an aura terminal.
I don't know what tasks (except for porn) you are doing that require 64gb ram, but hey if you wanna do it, go ahead.
You might be able to fit in a RTX 2080 or 2080 ti for the looks and put them on a vertical mount.
