The ryzen 3 1300x works great, but in almost all games, it's maxed at 100% on all cores and the GPU is at around 60-70%. I was thinking about getting the ryzen 5 1600 but I don't know if it is the best value. Budget is around 200$ but no more. I am basically looking for the best price to performance ryzen 5.

Actually no the Msi b350 Gaming Pro Carbon has the same VRM setup as a X370 Pro Carbon which is a 8+2 phase VRM design and is perfectly capable of a 4ghz O.C while retaining a decent Temp. No it's not going to melt down this isn't the FX line where you have to deal with crappy 700 series boards and underwhelming 970 chipsets. This is actually one of the better B350 boards out there. The issue with MSI and overclocks was software related which they have worked out now, frankly you can take any b350 board on the market and easily take a 1600/1600x/2600/2600x to 4ghz regardless of the VRM's...
