1)Remote Assistance: how can I remove/disable this device?
2)Microsoft Direct Play voice test keeps trying to access the
internet. Can anyone explain why. So I need, for the good opporation
of Win-xp, to let it have its way?
3)Generic Host Process For Win32 services. What is this for.

I can smell spyware here. You might want to scan your system for spyware. Very good spyware removal
software has been recommended at this site:

You can download and install any one of them and scan your system for spyware. I owuld recommend you
to download more than one of the anti-spyware software and test your system.
