New VecFlash loader

Please try my new, simplified VecFlash loader (for Windows) -

www.vectrex.biz/VecFlash-beta.zip

To use, either put your game .bins into the same directory as the loader, or
move vfm.bin (Vectrex menu front-end) into your existing game directory.

Then tick the games you want and hit 'Make' to create the multicart (games
names are alphabetically sorted).

I haven't implemented the auto-patcher yet, but if you've been using the
other loader, your .bins will be patched already.

Also, comport detect isn't in yet (fixed at COM1) and you can't break out
once it's flashing the memory (not really a problem).

........OK, you can now safely break out during flashing + it detects an
available
com port.
