Did you look up your current power supply? I'm sorry to say that from what I can find, your power supply is not strong enough for either of those cards according to AMD's website recommendations.

Are you able to upgrade your power supply too?

Get the 7770, you could get an 6670 and Hybrid crossfire that with the APU but overall the 7770 will do better by itself than hybrid crossfire

Hybrid crossfire is an option for a cheaper upgrade and less likely to stress your PSU (300W unknown) IMO thought the 7770 doesn't draw that much power

What amperage is the 12v rail for your PSU? it should be on the label on the side of the PSU

My motherboard has a PCI E 2.0 x16, does the fact that the 7770 is a 3.0 matter at all?

If you're getting a new PSU then the 7770 will be all good

PCIE3.0 is compatible with pcie 1.1 and 2.0 but the connection speed will run at the speed of the slowest part

What model PSU are you getting?

3.0 cards will work in 2.0 slots because the PCI 3.0 standard is compatible with previous versions of the technology. It will just operate at 2.0 levels.
