I5 7400 8gb ram and rtx 2060 its good?

You have to upgrade your RAM too. To 16GB.
And your processor is fine. BTW which power supply and motherboard are you using.

Play at 2K. If you play at 1080p, it will bottleneck. 8gb ram is enough for now.
