This if paired with SONY OLED will be great for your work.
I went with 24C/48T Threadriper further improving performance but most importantly giving you lot many PCIe lanes which can come in handy if you want to add or expand productive features of PC with almost no limitation.
If you plan on going for 256GB of total Memory in future, I recommend swapping the listed RAM with 2x32GB kits from Corsair or G-Skill with min speed of 3200MHz.
NVIDIA RTX Series officially supports 10bit color system through Studio Driver update.
There is a reason I held back on Hig end GPU. As of now the GPU is limited to throughput of YCbCr 4:2:2 and will not be supporting YCbCr 4:4:4 as it is limited due to bandwidth of implemented HDMI 2.0. But as NVIDIA will be releasing new lineup of GPUs in less than a year which will have HDMI 2.1 solving this problem it is useless to spend high on GPU which will be needed to be replaced or upgraded to get best results.
If you make earning out of it then you can go for RTX2070 or even 2080 Super and swap in a year.

To be clear of the reason to recommend OLED TV instead of Monitor. OLED TV is lot more accurate and give perfect color grading compared to any high end Professional grade monitors costing even double or more. Now that it is available in 48" size it has become more affordable. I am specifically recommending SONY OLED over LG OLED for simple reason of image processing. SONY is far superior to LG when it comes to image processing.

One advise if you are purchasing OLED. Purchase it from supply joints like bestbuy or any other electronic supply joint available locally. Reason is that OLED as good as it is, it does have its shortcomings as Burn-in and panel degradation. If you purchase from local supply joints instead of purchasing it online or from brand retailer 90% of supply joints provide special extended warranty coverage for a small amount top of it. If you purchase that extended warranty they will cover OLED Burn-in and degradation in it and replace your TV for free. Brand warranty does not cover it.
