[SOLVED] New Water Cooling Temp

So recently I installed the Corsair H60 liquid cooling loop onto my Intel I-3 cpu. My new idle temperature seems to be much higher than when I was using a stock fan. Is this because the liquid needs to settle and cool off or is there some other issues?

No such issues, it should work fine immediately if properly mounted and connected.
