Your right the defrag one is good, but it is an old hdd.
The drive in the 1st pic is different one to the 2nd pic
and what are they doing to that keyboard ?

The site is in Swedish, but for those of us who can't speak Swedish they don't currently have a plan to translate it to english.

I'm really not sure of the final point of the keyboard cleaning.

The first thing i did when i bought mine was took off the cover. When my fan died the service guy didn't care anyways.
