New window opens every time I click

Okay, this seems to happen only when i'm playing some sort of game in windowed mode. Say I want to play Grand Theft Auto 5 in windowed borderless and every time I click, a new window pops up titled "Microsoft Windows" and instantly closes. It will open and close instantly. It becomes very annoying because it takes control as the primary window and makes me not be able to click on the bottom of the screen because of the taskbar getting in the way, the screen will flash out of the window instantly because of this. This doesn't happen in things like chrome for some reason. I don't know what to do because i don't know whats causing it, I've run scans on malwarebytes and Avast and both came up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Have you tried doing a clean install of your graphics card driver?
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall your graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Next is to download and install the latest graphics driver from the manufacturer site.
- Once done reboot your laptop for all the changes to take effect.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist.
- If it does, I would also suggest to uninstall/reinstall the game itself.
