Question New Windows 10 install does not recognize SSD

I am building my first PC...Yay! Almost. While installing Windows 10 for the first time, the SSD (Samsung EVO 860 M.2) is not being recognized.

I'm not able to figure out if
  1. My SSD has not been installed properly on the Motherboard (X470 MSI)
  2. If I need some sort of driver (The Samsung Magician Software does not get recognized)

3) or if the SSD is there and I need to somehow mount it.

It does see the HDD.

One option I'm considering is to give up and install the OS on the HDD (Seagate Barracuda)..

If you have any suggestion on how I can get my SSD to get working so I can install my OS on the SSD..would much appreciate it.

860 EVO M.2
Which specific M.2 port is it in?

That drive needs to go in the M.2_2 port.
