As the title suggest my newly build pc has been freezing very randomly. Sometimes i can use it a whole day without problems but others it freezes seemingly random. Ive checked my temperatures and they all seem fine.

The odd thing is that the crashes have so far happened when i was watching a video. Being afk and even right after startup.

Also, not sure if its related but every time i try to do a Windows update i get a error code 0x800f081f

My current build:
Processor: ryzen 3 1300 x
Gpu: gtx 1060
Ram: 2x8 gb g-skill rip jaws V
Psu: seasonic 620w

If anyone could help me fix this problem id be really happy.

Ryzen is picky about RAM. What is the exact memory kit that you are using? What speed are you running it at?

The following link is a list of the parts currently in my system. I have not overclocked and im not sure which BIOS version im currently running.

The link doesn't work. It just brings me to an empty cart.

Check and updating the BIOS if needed is much easier than reinstalling Windows, plus since the build is only a week old I find it hard to believe that it is a Windows issues.

Did you install all the latest drivers?

Sorry for the late reply. The windows install only took a few minutes cause of my sdd. so far it seems to atleast have improved, cause im able to install updates properly now. gonna make sure all my drivers are up to date and test my system out for a few days. if it freezes again the next thing ill check is the BIOS. if that isnt it either then im not sure what the problem could be anymore.
