from how you are sounding your best bet is to take it back to whoever installed windows 10 for you because it sounds like you do not know what you are doing

on OS click Windows 10 (i assume 64bit not I dont know what you are running but 64bit is most common)
Download Audio and install that. Not sure what you are using for a video card or if you are using board graphics, either way Windows update should find and install the appropiate drivers.
